Admission sought to class	Should be of age as on 30th Jun 2025	Born on or before
Class NURSERY	3 years	30th Jun 2022
Class LKG	4 years	30th Jun 2021
Class UKG	5 years	30th Jun 2020
Class I	6 years	30th Jun 2019

     Test [Syllabus Link] - Date will be given at the time of form submission.

Documents Required

• 1. Self Attested Photocopy of Date of Birth certificate from Nagar Nigam or Gram Panchayat with Name of Child.
• 2. Photocopy of Adhar Card (Optional).
• 3. Seld Attested Photocopy of the progress report of the last school attended with Date of Birth on it.
• 4. Two recent passport size photographs of the student & one family photograph (Student with Parents.)
• 5. Original Transfer Certificate from previous school.
• 6. Self Attested Photocopy of category certificates. (If Applicable)
• 7. A Copy of Blood Group Report of your Child from registered pathology.
